Vojtech Blau Inc. is the only business in the United States that is dedicated exclusively to the collection and placement of tapestries. Over the last 50 years, we have accumulated one of the most extensive and exquisite collections of European tapestries from the 16th through 18th centuries. In the last decade the collection has been expanded to include modern tapestries from the 20th century.

Recognized as authorities and experts in this field, Vojtech Blau Inc. meets the specific needs of each client, bringing the history and art of each tapestry to life in the process. Working exclusively by appointment, Simona Blau continues the tradition of her father, providing the personal attention and expertise that has become synonymous with the Blau family name.

We meet with private clients, decorators and consultants exclusively by appointment in our private showroom. Our inventory includes rare, one of a kind, museum quality pieces for private and public collections.

Simona works one-on-one with her clients to learn what their needs, concerns and preferences are in selecting a tapestry. Drawing on her expertise in the field, she can advise and show clients pieces that are best suited to their taste. Whether it be a certain size, style or setting, Simona aims to meet her client’s needs in an experience that is both enjoyable and educational.
